Seniors:
Glenullin V Banagher
Glenullin meekly surrendered their home record by going down to Banagher by the narrowest of margins. Glenullin will be deeply disappointed with their display as they failed continuously to find their way through a Banagher side who had yet to secure a league win. Glenullin opened the scoring through a Paddy Bradley free. Banagher responded with 2 of their own. A suoerb Ruari Bradley scored was quickly followed up by a Dominic McIlvar goal to leave the home side 1.02 to 0.02 ahead. It was the visitors who kicked on from this score scoring the next 5 points with a late Bradley free tying the game at half-time. The home team played with the breeze in the second half but this did little to aid their cause as time after time their attacks were easily shut down or poor decision making lead to numerous wides. The introduction to midfield of Ruari Boylan seemed to turn the tide in favour of the home side. His strength and fielding ability lay the platform for a number of scores and Glenullin to a 1 point lead going down the stretch. Indiscipline and poor challenges from the home side allowed Banagher to equalise and then grab a late winner from the boot of the impressive Mark Lynch. Final score: Glenullin 1.09 Banagher 0.13.

The Under 16 team suffered a narrow 2 point defeat at home to a very physical Slaughtmanus team. No doubt the boys will regroup and come back strongly in their next game.
Under 12
Glenullin played in Limavady’s blitz on Saturday morning. The boys played, Limavady, Coleraine and Swatragh.
Under 10
The under 10’s had a great blitz on Sunday morning. Both teams put on a super show. Well done lads!
Under 8
The under 8 teams put on a mighty show at Owenbeg on Friday night. The boys put Slaughtneil. Lavey and Colraine to the sword.
Under 14
The U-14 had a good run out in a recent challenge game against Agohill. Reports from the match say the boys played very well.
